Reps is a 45-minute, strength workout designed to maximise your gains.

In Reps, you’ll swap between barbells for foundational strength moves including deadlifts and squats, and benches for conditioning rounds using dumbbells and dead balls to really get your heart pumping.

During the week you'll find full, upper and lower body sessions. Weekends are for Rebel Lifting Club - 45 mins of challenges to get the blood pumping.

Choose your bar or your floor position, and get ready to work in the block for up to 16 minutes at a time, before we come together for a team finisher.
