If you're new, and feeling nervy, we suggest jumping into a Rebuild class which is 75% of the intensity of a regular Reshape session. Or try a slower-paced Reformer class. If you want to kick off with Rumble, it's beginner-friendly across the board.
Looking to shake things up? Push yourself with 7 sweaty sessions in 10 days for just $99 with a Dare Package. Our trainers will challenge you throughout with in-class dares, so tackle them head-on and leave feeling stronger, tougher and hungry for more. Grab your Dare package, then collect a Dare card from reception. Complete and mark off all 7 sessions to go into the draw to win a three-month membership, plus a tonne of other prizes from our local friends. Your first class must be taken by 9 October September.
