With a background in strength and conditioning, I’ve spent the past five years helping people build strength, move well, and train with purpose. That foundation shapes the way I approach Reformer Pilates — I love combining powerful, athletic movement with slow, controlled stability work. The contrast between the two is where real progress happens. My classes are all about finding balance: strength and control, challenge and intention. Expect sessions that leave you feeling stronger, more connected, and a little surprised by what your body can do. And yes — if there’s a chance for a curtsy lunge, I’m taking it.
