Not sure where to begin? We recommend starting with a Rebuild class. It’s designed for beginners and runs at about 75% of the intensity of our standard Reshape session with a mix of treadmills and weights. Prefer something less cardio-heavy? Check out our Reformer class -slower paced, but still a great workout.
Every first timer gets a quick induction 5 minutes before class. Just arrive 15 minutes early so we can say hi, get you settled, and show you where to put your things. Then make your way into the room for your induction and to meet your trainer.
No need to stress about gear - we provide sweat towels, water bottles, shower towels, and everything you need to freshen up after. Just don't forget that Reformer socks are mandatory (we sell these too if you need)
Most importantly: remember, it’s your workout. Everything our trainers say is a guide, not a rulebook. You’re always in control of how hard you push, when you rest, and how you move.
